The MVP Program is our BRAND NEW, TOTALLY AWESOME, monthly membership program, that guarantees a consistent training schedule.  Athletes will be asked to commit to a minimum of two months.  After the initial two months, the program will be month-to-month; however, athletes can continue in the program as long as they want.

4 sessions per month

👉 45-60 minutes long.
👉
 Sessions can include Skills Training Only, Sports Performance Training Only, Jump Training Only, or a Combination of any of the above.  You can even customize your sessions.

1 bonus session per month
*bonus sessions are 30-45 min

👉 Pick any skill you would like to work on.  It can be as broad as 'dribbling', or as specific as 'increasing pop time'.
