I'M LOOKING FOR ten PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GET SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING IN SHAPE!


It doesn't matter where you're at in your "fitness journey", just that you follow the program.

When it comes to fitness, most people fit into one of the following four categories.

(if not an exact fit...usually somewhere in-between)

1)  I don't exercise at all.

2)  I exercise here and there.

3)  I exercise 1x/wk - few times/wk.

3)  I'm addicted to working out.

Can you find 30-45 min?  That's all this takes!!!

The Circuit is for anyone who wants to get in shape!  Keep in mind, "getting in shape" means different things to different people.  For the athlete, it could mean being able to compete at the highest level.  For the mom or dad who are trying to find the time to exercise, it could mean feeling better about their health.  For the person who enjoys exercise, it could mean maintaining a healthy body & lifestyle.  For the person concerned about their weight, it could mean losing a few pounds and/or toning up.  The Circuit works for anyone, regardless of what level of fitness they're at!
