For registration to be official, payment must be made.  See below.

Process:

1. Click the 'VICTORY FC // INTEREST Form' link above.

2. Complete, and submit, the interest form.
   --> At this point, registration is still not official.  You've simply indicated that you're interested.

3. Go to the 'Payments' page (hover over the 'Registration' tab above).

4. Complete your payment.
   --> At this point, your completed interest form along with your completed payment has made your registration official.
